Who is advising President Trump?

As a Trump supporter I sense that a change is needed in the WH staff. Why isn't the congress bringing things to the floor such as infrastructure that both parties could pass and agree on? Who is advising Trump on this crazy ACA reform? Where are the experienced leaders who were supposed to know the system in and out?

I want Trump to do well and feel like Ryan and the do nothing leadership in Congress is lacking. Did Reince not help alot of these people get elected?

Sounds like your question should be about Congress and not Trump. It is the legislative branch's responsibility to make law and not the President's responsibility. The President can sign a bill into law; he is not there to create the law.
