My thoughts exactly! I doubt he had a clue what went into it, and the guy who wrote it has already proven what we already know. Trump is a loon.

He didn't sit down at a typewriter and knock it out but his business dealings and temperament were the inspiration for the book. The writer followed him around, interviewed him constantly and listened in on phone calls. He would do question and answer sessions with the writer to create a picture of his methodology.
