These European countries have strict gun control laws, so they use anything they can find. Reason #3,986 why gun control does not work and is an idiotic concept.

i interpret it as they want to kill even more people so they try to make an escape. But this is not the same terrorism we have seen in the past. This is (in my opinion) a political terroristic attack. We see more and more the terrorists are screaming this is for Syria or Iran or whatever. It is not the same motive we have seen in the past
