Executive Order 13603 on “National Defense Resources Preparedness,” (issued March 16, 2012) explicitly declares that in an "emergency" the president has authority to commandeer and control:
all water,
all human & animal FOOD
all energy,
all construction materials,
all “health resources,”
all farm equipment,
all fertilizers,
all fuels,
… Government can seize ANYTHING!!
Executive Order 13524 – Gives INTERPOL jurisdiction on American soil beyond law enforcement agencies, including the FBI.
Executive Order 13636 Infrastructure Cyber security – Bypassing Congress, the president controls ALL forms of Communication
“NO Free Speech Zones” – noncompliance is a FELONY.
President Obama declares in Executive Order 13603 his power to carry out these broad usurpations “By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, including the Defense Production Act of 1950, as amended (50 U.S.C. App. 2061 et seq.), and section 301 of title 3, United States Code, and as Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces of the United States.”

Mmmhuh. And with all the utter HATRED out there for Obama...I can imagine what happens when some family is slain on the front porch...protecting their hard-earned food supply. The bots just waltz back to the pad and watch the tele till it's time to go back to jack-booting the next day.
