Like Mark Cuban's cyberdust? How would Hillary know about this app though? She cleans up her computer with a cloth, just wipes the data away after she sprays it with some pledge.

I've never heard of cyberdust. But an anonymous text messaging app like Signal or Confide. Would that be illegal?

Yes...anything that has to do with the jobs she was doing, has to stay on the government server. Therefore, she would be using something that is not secure and not on the server.

I'm fairly certain that the vehicle is not as critical as the content. If she was passing confidential emails through an app like this, I'd bet the farm it's not permitted.

I don't think there was ever an issue with deleting private, non confidential content. But we already know that Hillary not only deleted this type of content, but circumvented the cybersecurity aparatus she was required to use to deliver it.
