What cataclysmic event needs to occur for the Democrat party to go ahead and die out?

The Whig party (1835-1854) died out. There clearly needs to be some sort of realignment of the political parties.

There's already a thread about this

Can we just all agree that political parties are bad for democracy? Democrats and Republicans are destroying this country. The party leadership controls it's members. If someone falls out of line, they will raise funds like crazy for their opponents. Makes it impossible to make an impact without playing the game. Ruins liberty.

An IQ test for voting would do it.

Hell, voter ID would do it, because Democrats themselves admit that their constituents are too stupid to keep up with a photo ID.

They are already a regional party. Confined to large cities where groupthink prevails

I am speaking geographically, hence regional. Trump won something like 2,623 counties in the US.

And drinking 8 beers means I have to get up in the middle of the night to piss. Why does that matter?

The modern Dem is incapable of shame or rational thought. Like an Islamic terrorist. Makes them hard to defeat.

Welfare going bankrupt, or the wall being built. Their voter base would be eliminated.

An administration with the courage to throw back the curtain, open the laptop, release the emails, audit the fed, figure out where the 16T that GWB and BHO printed went. Taking down the DNC will bring the RNC with it. Democratic constituents hate Trump but they don't realize he might be the last chance to free us.

The whole system needs to be overhauled from the bottom up. More local control with local populations making decisions for themselves what is best for their local area and less top down bureaucracy dictating from the ivory tower cesspool of Washington. The system is anachronistic, morally bankrupt and unsustainable. I want to see it collapse.

And recieved 3 million less votes. But I'm sure you have a reason to why some votes should be worth more than other votes.

So, when will all of this begin?

You claimed the Republican Party is regional based in rural areas.

Winning 2,600+ counties where some decent sized manufacturing cities flipped from Dem to Rep is not "rural regional".

Do a little research next time.

Pretty big region.
