Japan and Australia would maybe help. The Europeans aren't capable of moving their militaries to the other side of the world.

We would be fighting more than just NK at that point, I think they would mobilize.

In Asia...the Japs, Aussies, and South Koreans for sure. The Brits would at least send naval and air support. A few other nations would send token air and naval support. Any ground action will be 98% American and South Korean though. More nations might send troops to help with the aftermath.

The French have a strong Navy by all but US standards, the Brits do as well to a lesser degree. The Japanese likely would have a a top flight military simply as an outgrowth of their overall technological superiority relative to other Non-US states but we (smartly) hold them to pretty restrictive terms (if we let the Japanese build up basically every other Pacific Nation will freak the frick out, think Germany post- WW2 but without even a fraction of the remorse or contrition (they've apologized but its not a culture shaping mark of shame to the the level of the Germans)).
