Well I don't think the administration is even considering it a State of the Union address into the traditional sense.

There will be countless written, proofread, and edited articles critical of Trump's address the second he takes the podium....all citing the exact same talking points.

These articles have been out for days. It isn't a state of the Union address. Does that matter? No.
