This makes no sense whatsoever. A family copay? And $2500 bucks?
I call BS
aren't familiar with insurance are you? A deductible is different from a copay. He said a $2500 family deductible. Mine is $5600. $2800 individual, $5600 family. It means each person in the family has a $2800 deductible until the aggregate reaches $5600. It's very common.
ETA: Beat me to it.
ETA: It is painfully obvious you think your employer sponsored plan is the same as everyone else's in America. I have a Blue Cross Individual Family Plan. $650/month, $5600 family deducitble. That equals $1,117/ month. That is about $500 less than my mortgage!! 2 years ago I pad about $750 a month with a $1000 deductible. Thats $833 a month. I guess I should be excited my premiums went down, right? Is that the leftist mantra?
