So the source is a guy whose specialty is fricking food testing (and even has some questionable history there based on his description of the Flint incident). Who is doing acoustic analysis on videos recorded on phones, which is already poor audio quality, then uploaded to youtube, then downloaded.

Oh and he is using a number unverified assumptions such as the caliber of round, despite the fact that Paddock had a bunch of weapons.

It surprises me how slow people are to seek cover or concealment. Some were rendering side.

Yeah, I'm not sure how credible he is. He seems to know the basic method of determining the distance of the impact from the bullet vs the report from the fired round and he's using .223 cal because that was the weapon most people believed Paddock was using with the bump stock mod.

My question has always been the duration of the continuous fire weapon, in one vid I linked the continuous fire lasts 10-12 seconds, much too long for any of the mags/clips that Paddock had on his weapons in the hotel photos.

I think there was definitely bigger magazines than the ones shown stacked up against the wall in the photos. We haven't seen everything that was in that hotel. Probably never will. I'm surprised we've seen the photos that we have so far. Especially of him.

Shock. Ever notice a lot of the people who take action in these types of situations are ex-military or off duty cops/firefighters? For most people it takes training to override shock and other reflexes.

I have only seen the long mag on the hotel photo that may be 50-60 rounds, if they find a drum or belt feed in the stockpile of weapons that would explain the long duration on the auto fire weapon. Would definitely help squash the conspiracy talk.

Me too, but probably because I'd be hammered. I'm guessing shock plus alcohol is at play for some. Makes me want to drink at home alone the other 10% of my drinking time...
