A Russian nuclear executive, whose company was the target of an FBI investigation and who admitted to corrupt payments to influence the awarding of contracts with the Russian state-owned nuclear energy corporation, paid millions of dollars in consulting fees to an American firm in 2010 and 2011 to lobby the U.S. regulatory agencies and assist the Russian's who were then attempting to acquire twenty percent of American uranium, according to court documents, a former FBI informant and extensive interviews with law enforcement sources.

Roughly $3 million in payments from 2010 to 2011 were made to APCO Worldwide Inc., which is described on their website as the second largest lobbying firm in the United States. The firm also provided in kind pro-bono services to Bill Clinton's foundation, the Clinton Global Initiative, services they begin 2007, according to APCO officials who spoke with Circa and press releases from the company. It was during the same time that then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton was part of the Obama administration board that would eventually approve the sale of the U.S. uranium to Russia.

According to the contract obtained by Circa, the "total fee is comprised of the fixed quarterly fee which shall be $750,000 per each of the four three-month periods of rendering Services hereunder during the validity period of this contract, including the 18 percent Russian VAT payable in the territory of the Russian Federation."

Long-time Clinton supporter and APCO CEO, Margery Kraus signed the continuing contract on April, 12, 2010, with TENEX, as the Russian company's top executive Russian businessman Vadim Milkerin was being investigated by the FBI for kickbacks and bribery involving American companies, according to the APCO TENEX contract and court documents obtained by Circa. TENEX is a subsidiary of the the Russian state owned nuclear giant Rosatom, according to financial filings of the company.

Seems like the Democratic SOP is: Always accuse the other side of what you’re doing!

You won't believe this. As we all know, the media has a blackout on all Russian news that actually applies to the democrats. (CNN probably has headlined news again-Muh Russia and Trump Junior met with Boris and Natalia.)

Because Trump teeeted the media black out on the real Russian news involving HRC and Obama; look how it is getting reported. (I saw articles this morning that were quite literally, 'Trump Tweeted this about HRC and Obama, but it isn't true') They probably have snopes and factcheck.org saying it is all lies. Check this article out.

The new talking point is Trump is trying to cast shadows elsewhere because he is guilty of muh Russians.

Trump and conservative media have their own, quite different version of the Russia scandal - Vox

The political reason Trump is embracing both of these stories is clear enough: He’s trying to cast Russia-related dirt on both Democrats and the FBI (which he views as part of a “deep state” unfairly persecuting him), to try to discredit the investigation as a whole, and to change the subject from the question of whether any of his associates colluded with the Russian government during the campaign.

And indeed, conservative media figures are arguing that these stories make Democrats and the FBI look at the very least hypocritical on Russia, and at worst like Russian patsies themselves.

The stories Trump is using to try to muddy the waters on Russia
Much as occurred earlier this year with the “unmasking” controversy, the Trump administration, leading Republicans, and conservative reporters and media outlets are trying to publicize — some would say drum up — Russia-related controversies that make Democrats or the FBI look bad.

As we speak Mueller and his cronies a trying to destroy as much evidence as possible....Hopefully Trump and Sessions knew this would be the case and are just sitting back and gathering the evidence..
