Best test for that is to check for Dreamers and Mexican coyotes smuggling people and drugs. No illegal aliens demanding freebies = not American Sovereignty.

Yeah, I'm not convinced that's Baghdadi either (but he is postured as the leader), but the two guys in the 2nd pic are who they are, including the figure in the blue shirt in other pics clearly looks to be the same guy with the bearded fat guy in ISIS videos...
