Every Venezuelan that I've met hated Chavez (even when he was popular) and Maduro. Those who have come here on visas are against the regime.

When their government is not coperating on background checks it makes all the sense in the world, we get to decide who comes into our country after review.

Truth - and they believe in democracy and free enterprise more so than the majority of native Americans. One thing you will find a lot of from immigrants from countries like this - mainly Christian-based histories - is a profound admiration for the US.
