"Unusual moves in the last 2-3 hours" from China with regard to NK

According to Trump China has taken some "unusual" moves very recently that have given him confidence that Xi would pressure the fat man about nukes and missiles.
Another NK "holiday" is on the 25th and the s koreans are on alert, Chinese presumably still have their troops on the border, and the Russians have moved significant military equipment to their small border with NK. Seems the pressure is rising and the breaking point is nearing.

The wild card in this is the reported Russian activity.

My guess is Chinese and Russian troops are deploying along the border to halt the flood of North Korean refugees should war come to the peninsula.

I think that's the going opinion. I don't see the Chinese or Russians taking significant offensive action against NK. My assumption is border security and at most an assisted coup. Only offensive action against them would be from us and the SKs at most IMO
