So much for the freedom of information act request.
Judicial Watch

The agency also informed Judicial Watch that it would not turn over communications with any Intelligence Community member or agency concerning the alleged Russian involvement in the 2016 presidential election; the hacking of DNC computers; or the suspected communications between Russia and Trump campaign/transition officials.

Documents from the Obama administration have been transferred to the Barack Obama Presidential Library. You may send your request to the Obama Library. However, you should be aware that under the Presidential Records Act, Presidential records remain closed to the public for five years after an administration has left office.

Well, the Obama file on efforts to free Otto Warmbier (if one exists all) will also find its way there. It'll be all of one page.

First, that's some bullshite and a clever work around for any outgoing president.
Second, doesn't this basically undo any chance this "investigation" can provide any proof against Trump?

Don't forget here's a huge chunk of his life completely sealed via the courts. What on earth he's hiding, just use your imagination ....

The 2nd quote is the only thing in the letter:
There is nothing in there specifically about Susan Rice or unmasking. All of that nonsense is at the NSA or CIA.
Freedom Watch must be desperate for donations.

the letter was in response to their FOIA request for all of those records. how are we supposed to interpret this response other than those records were transferred and are outside of FOIA for 5 years? is the NSC giving a non-answer to force litigation or were the docs moved?

POTUS Trump can change this under the guise that it usurps an investigation.
