There are a myriad of unilateral amendments to this Act, ordered by President Obama’s Administration, which could be the subject of a challenge, and there are a number of changes that are already being litigated, including King v. I don't give a shite if he's smart. What is this about "smart"? Smart is what The President says is smart. The ACA is smart. It saved families $2500 a year, decreased costs tremendously for all Americans and gave insurance to every American, provided by the physician of their choice !
