truthfully they should just move the statues

to the suburbs where all the white folks moved after they fled our cities leaving them to rot with minority majorities and withering property tax revenues and crumbling infrastructures and rotting schools.
we'll take a few in flower mound we're 84% white and our median income is 400% of the national average and our schools are the best in the state of texas!

1. Identify the statues you want removed.
2. Municipality will provide the cost to move them
3. Antifa/BLM (pick the org) raise the money through private donations to pay for the removal
4. Antifa/BLM must find a new home for them. Sale price can be used to offset cost to remove.
5. Antifa/BLM secures modern art to be placed at monument site. It must be approved by the municipality
This is the put your money and effort where your mouth is policy

One problem. You would still have to put them in a public place. Somebody is gonna bitch. When that happens the news media will swarm like flies to shite and it will be all over network news that 'Flower Mound is a haven for the KKK'. Your local politicians will cave because that's what politicians do. The statues will be removed.
