How is linking a video of something Bolt actually said and did "involving" him?
It's sharing a clip online.
Besides, isn't it Bolt's job to speak for himself? Pretty sure whoever runs "Team Jamaica" twitter account did not get Bolt's permission to tweet that.

It's funny. Firstly, that twitter account for Jamaican Olympics isn't official, and secondly, all those other twitter posts they highlighted are The Same Damn People in every news article where they have Twitter responses to the president. I've seen those people for months now.
