Yep, and I saw he's got a pretty good uptick in Hispanic approval, so he's almost guaranteed to win re-election if he holds his base, and grows it like he seems to be doing.

8 approval. And that's his best poll on RCP. Fox News has him at -13 approval. At this rate even the Republicans in Congress will start to look for reasons to get rid of him.

So will Trump still be president tomorrow, or not? I don't see the point.
We won and you're all melting...really fricking hard!

Thanks

Rasmussen poll actually changed today to 46%. It is the only poll that has him above 40%.

Don't understand your point in this topic. It is a approval poll. It is not a poll of who you would vote for.

It's right there in the title, care bear.

At least three of you liberal pits have asked me this same question.

I suggest going back to your corners to regroup.

Ah Rasmussen.

It's to polling what Trump is to political competency.

Great post.

I hope you don't have dreams of being a political analyst somewhere.

It's burnout, man. The masses are conditioned and calloused towards the daily, hourly hatchet job on Trump. It has literally gone on now for the past 16+ months, every day, every channel, every social media outlet, every CNN/MSNBC/ABC/AP alert... At some point people just start tuning it out.

absolutely. they are so extremely over the top that normal people are just tuning them out.

So, we should trust all the polls that told us HRC would win in a landslide, right?

Ah Rasmussen.

Most accurate poll in 2016 election.

That poll has more credibility concerning Trump than any other out there.

So, what's your point? :standswithhandsonhiships:

Was that more or less accurate than the other polls? How did they compare?

Ask the guy who declared Rasmussen to be the best in 2016.

I'd be curious how all the pollsters ranked across the board in presidential and congressional races.

Rasmussen has never proved itself to be a highly credible pollster though. Predicted Romney in 2012, then Clinton by a good margin in 2016.

But you all like it because they lean right in between elections so it makes you feel good, I get it.

Or we could focus on the poll that has a "grip" on Trump and his supporters?

My point is if Trump ran against HRC today he would probably still win.

It's a approval poll and it doesn't matter what any of them say. That's why your topic doesn't make sense.

It means, the polls like the media, have been wrong about Trump, his supporters and how deep that support goes.

Rasmussen has been very consistent as opposed to the media and most other polls.

Here. Maybe you're a visual learner kind of guy:

....And so was Rasmussen, by quite a lot I might add. Or did you not bother to click the link where they predicted a substantial Clinton win on their last poll before the election?

You like them because they are the most favorable Trump poller. Had they shown their underlying methodology was consistently superior in 2016, you might have a point. But that is not what their historical data has shown.
