Pretty sure there are more than those two. Brasilia, Brazil is definitely one, as is Belmopan, Belize.

This isn't true at all. Islamabad, Brasilla, Belmopan, and the new sections of Ankara and New Delhi can be considered planned to accommodate the capital.

I have a Polish friend and he doesn't understand how Trump won either. He lives in the UK now, and we chatted a bit about it, and he said it's scary because Trump is a fascist, white-supremacist, modern day Hitler. I told him being Polish, he of all people should understand what levying that allegation about someone means, and if he doesn't, he needs to go back and study his country's history.
