It has NO bearing on if Trump said Muslim every day before he was president...once he became POTUS, all that matters is the wording of the EO, period. Everyone with the simplest of legal understanding knows this, including the idiot judges who ruled against in the appeals court. They voted on political motives and will be scorned for it at some point.

It's ironic they voted that way on a political motive while they were ruling on something they say was a religious motive.
