It still wouldn't be even if he stayed on as CEO (he won't). There is a staggering lack of understanding of what cabinet members do.

seems as though he's at least trying to convert the soviet-style bureaucracy into a free-market based meritocracy. kudos to the CEO (that's Trump).

The DOL handles workplace safety (OSHA), hiring laws, and minimum wage laws which all affect the restaurant industry in particular. They also oversee labor unions, which would would be a direct conflict regarding any unions his company uses.

Definitely OK if he steps down, but I am surprised so many on this board think that it would be totally OK if he didn't. Well, not totally surprised, but I had hoped for a bit more honesty once Trump won.

I dont understand the hate towards their lunch menu. Good chicken tenders. They had a steakhouse burger recently that was the bomb. Good stuff folks, if youre gonna eat fast food.
