Trump revokes gay rights protections despite promising to protect them

I remember when a lot of you Trumpkins were saying what a friend he was to the gay community because he paraded around on stage with a rainbow flag. I tried to tell you he was a liar and a conman when it came to this. TBF, he's pretty much this when it comes to everything though.
Well, I am vindicated. He's proven himself to be a liar and has made liars out of all of you that were defending him. Most pro LGBT president?

Less than two months after directly promising he would not repeal Obama’s discrimination protections for LGBT workers, Donald Trump has quietly revoked part of Obama’s discrimination protections for LGBT workers.
Barack Obama signed a series of executive orders in 2014 ensuring that employees of federal contractors are protected by LGBT anti-discrimination legislation, after Republicans in Congress shot down legislation on the issue.
After taking office earlier this year, Trump explicitly ruled out a move to revoke the protections.
An official White House statement on January 31 pledged: “President Donald J. Trump is determined to protect the rights of all Americans, including the LGBTQ community. The executive order signed in 2014, which protects employees from anti-LGBTQ workplace discrimination while working for federal contractors, will remain intact at the direction of President Donald J. Trump.”
Less than two months later, however, Trump has already slid back on the promise, today officially revoking the Fair Pay and Safe Workplaces order that was a key part of protecting LGBT workers

Will you still be able to marry your partner, Toddy?

And you continually melt over a woman not being elected who took over a 100 million dollars from countries who execute gays

The order required companies that want to do business with the federal government to disclose whether they have been liable for discriminating against people, including against LGBT people.
what protections, exactly, were rescinded?
sounds like a procedural rule related to the EO that protected LGBT persons

It's British. They have better coverage than the gay press in America sometimes.

Explain EXACTLY what rights he took away from gays that everyone else has. If he took any rights away from them that straight white males have I will be shocked.

Toddy, before you go ask your friends how to answer, care to take a stab?

Toddy, they have internet at the camp? Cool beans.
Maybe it won't be so bad after all.

It's hard to support the LGBTQ community when they try and act like trannys aren't mentally ill.
No problem with gays, lesbians, bisexuals, queers (isn't that the same thing?) but hitching your wagons to the tranny movement is a mistake. These people need psychiatric help, not celebratory parades.

So what? "Gay Rights" is just another made up phony cause for whiners to whine about.

He's basically fixed it where companies can't be penalized for discriminating against gays.

The Fair Pay and Safe Workplaces order is technically distinct from the Executive Order on LGBTQ workplace protections
the protections are still in place
