America First!

quote:

The Department of Homeland Security on Monday announced a one-time increase of 15,000 additional visas for low-wage, seasonal workers for the remainder of this fiscal year, a seeming about-face from President Trump's "Hire American" rhetoric, following heavy lobbying from the fisheries, hospitality and other industries that rely on temporary foreign workers.?

The increase represents a 45 percent bump from the number of H-2B visas normally issued for the second half of the fiscal year, said senior Homeland Security officials in a call with reporters Monday.

I ask again: Is Trump a fool, or does he take his supporters for fools?

You mean people are coming here legally and with the purpose to keep American running smoothly?

I am supposed to be upset about that?

I hope these legal visa holders do well and if they want, become Americans and live happily.

WTF kinda gotcha did you think you had here?

Oh Captain A want, your brigade needs you to do better. If not, b want may sneak up on you and take over leadership.

so whats your issue with this? the administration has control over who comes in and who doesnt. this is what has been stated all along. no problem with immigrants coming over as long as they follow procedures.

in this case we have migrant workers coming over to work crops, jobs that american workers do not want....

see a need fill the need.....

The problem is too many lazy Americans wanting to sit on their fat asses and collect a check rather than work. Once Trump severely cuts welfare funding in his second term we will see the need for temporary foreign workers start to decline. So have some patience, we'll get there.

Hunger is a powerful incentive. Instead, free loaders all over are guzzling soda and chips and living in government housing.

Whats wrong with this? If you're against his travel ban then this should make you happy. Quit trying to have it both ways.

Directly from linked article:

quote:

Trump himself has used the visas to hire temporary workers at his golf resorts...

quote:

"I've hired in Florida during the prime season - you could not get help," trump said during a 2015 primary debate. "Everybody agrees with me on that. They were part time jobs. You needed them, or we just might as well close the doors, because you just couldn't get help in those hot, hot sections of Florida."

Baw he's following what he said, you just either weren't paying attention or made a poor "gotcha" attempt.

Not to mention he said numerous times with a lot of effort "legally" with his little hand motion he does. This is legal immigration to benefit American industry having trouble filling positions.

What part of legal and temporary are you having a problem with?

Compare this 15000 to the 75% drop in border apprehensions.

Are you stupid?
