quote:

resident Trump said Tuesday that anyone with questions of whether former President Barack Obama called the families of fallen service members can ask White House chief of staff John Kelly if he received a phone call from Obama.

"I think I've called every family of someone who's died," Trump told Fox News radio host Brian Kilmeade. "As far as other representatives, I don't know. You could ask General Kelly, did he get a call from Obama

Ok...I get that Obama called some parents and some he probably didn't but how the frick does a sitting President not call a four star general whose son was killed?

No doubt that issue was broached with Kelley at some point. It's the kill shot against Obama and the Left narrative on the issue.

Trump and Kelly probably talked about it privately and Trump's first reaction was, "you gotta be fricking kidding me?"

Damn, I mean, I can see not calling some random soldier (not that I excuse that), but to not call on a General?

More faux controversy created by Trump to distract from his legislative failings. How's the tax plan going? Repeal Obamacare? Build the wall?

Is that a surprise?

Doubling down is what got him elected.

I hate the fact that the media has put us in a place where we are fighting over the condolences of the dead. They really are the worst of the worst in our society.

Trump should just drop this no matter if he is right or not.
