I guess he should have promoted it instead of partying with the Obamas!

Do you think Hollywood is in for lean years?

Yes, blame politics instead of the film's shitty reviews

Go back to the yacht with Springsteen and the black Communists, bosom bitch.

PS - That'll teach some of you left-wing loons to mock my boycott prowess.

A good measure will be all of the Marvel movies coming out. Those actors and the director really went after Trump during the campaign. Personally, I can tune out their politics. When they start calling us out for having an opposing set of beliefs then that's when they hurt themselves. Entertainers need to understand that they're not much different than monkeys dancing for peanuts to paying customers. We just want to be entertained. That's all.

Only the easily triggered let an actor's politics get in the way of someone watching a movie.

Well I am not easily triggered, yet if someone judges me negatively based on actions they don't understand....

I don't feel the need to reward them with generated income. That's just me.

Of course, my life is busy, so going to movies is pretty low on the priority list, regardless.

What makes it sad? A movie has a shitty opening and you're sad? Did you have some investment in that particular movie?

Sort of true. I you don't like someone for any reason, you wouldn't want to watch them in a movie.

Who is worshipping actors?

By all accounts, Tom Hanks is an all around great guy. But people want him to fail just because he has associated with the Obamas? Grow up.

With only a few exceptions, i really don't give a frick about the politics of artists. If I enjoy the product, all good

The movie had a great idea, but poor execution. All the actors were fine, but the movie itself was pretty bad

no, the unwashed masses will hypocritically continue to give hollywood their money the next time an Avengers or Transformers sequel rolls around. Continue thinking you're making some sort of impact on Hollywood though.

A couple of years ago, your point would've been valid. But in case you've missed it, Donald Trump (literally) put his money where his mouth is & ran for President.
He laid out an agenda that I could've written for him, and ran on that agenda. That's why I support him.

And obtw, I didn't watch more than 20 minutes of "The Apprentice" during the 10 years or so it was on. Celebrity means nothing to me. If anything, I have a negative take on celebrity.
