No a home microwave can not as it is not powerful enough. But the premise that one could be used if powerful enough (which it would be a big microwave oven that could not fit in a home) can do so. As Microwaves transmit information.

Shut up with your KAC bashing in a IN GAME LIVE PRESSER thread.
