Stop it! The Presidential platform should be used for more than bringing people down.

This has to stop – we all have a job – 3 branches of gov’t and media. We don’t have to get along, but we must show respect and civility.

Shelley Moore Capito, a key GOP swing vote on health care, calls Trump's tweets about Mika "distasteful"

Trump needs at least one of these votes to get BCRA passed. And this antagonist behavior isn't helping him. In an ideal world, those three women would make their decision without considering his tweets but we all know that we don't live in that world.

Honestly, someone who determines their vote one way or the other based upon a stupid tweet is more childish than the tweet. By about a million miles.

So...they're going to let emotions influence how they vote on a key piece of legislation (and a campaign promise)?

Sounds like a woman.

Completely agree, but this isn't helping his healthcare battle.

So.

Are you saying that these women are so mushy headed, they would determine their vote on a piece of legislation based upon their reaction to that tweet?

Do you realize what you are saying about these people?

It those bitches change their votes because of a completely unrelated tweet they are more worthless than I thought and more gutless too, just looking for an excuse. That sort of weakness is rampant in the swamp

Assuming they would change their votes because they are women is sexist to boot

It was stupid.
But no one is surprised.
I didn't vote for him for his impeccable manners; it's doubtful anyone else did either.
The media and liberal bloggers will continue to eat this up; but in a news cycle or two, it'll be forgotten.
Bottom line: Trump is who he is--a man who DGAF--and he'll never change

Isn't the bill getting pushed back a few weeks anyway? Could have sworn I heard that today on FBN. That'll be time that can be spent corralling votes.

It's really funny.

The stuff the left believes about women, minorities etc is so comically bigoted.

And, they never seem to see it.

If my daughter came home and told me that she was going to make decision at work that affected thousands of people based on her FEELINGS about ONE of the proponents of the decision............I'd laugh her out of my fricking house.

And if I believed she would be that type of an adult, I'd consider that I failed as a father.

IF a senator is not voting a certain way based on a tweet of a President, I'm not sure that says anything about the President who did the tweeting.

Nobody cares and their vote won't be any different than what it already is now.

And btw do you know who gossips about women having plastic surgery? Women. Watch one episode of the real housewives and you'll see why they'll never be the voting bloc democrats envision where 70-90% vote one way

That they aren't going for a full repeal before trying to replace isn't helping his healthcare battle either.

I can't say what they will do or not do. Generally when you want someone to do something, you don't piss them off. Trump needs healthcare reform.

People are not rational. They do not make rational decisions.

Finally, every politician is making a calculation about how much to tie themselves to trump. And gauging their voter's reactions to things.

Yup

If any of them cite Trump as an excuse for not helping millions of Americans on healthcare? They should be forcibly drug from their seats and tossed into the street
