This is just the latest in a rising tide of violence against the right

I'm not even listing the dozens of violent ANTIFA protests recently.
quote:
One of Virginia Rep. Tom Garrett’s town halls last month featured a heavy police presence after Garrett and his family were targeted by repeated death threats. “This is how we’re going to kill your wife,” read one such message, Garrett told Politico. “I don’t want to die anytime soon. I got stuff left to do, I hope. But when you pull wives and children in, that’s not cool.”
quote:
Just days after the Politico article ran, FBI agents arrested a Tucson Unified School District employee for making violent threats against Arizona Rep. Martha McSally. Agents said 58-year-old Steve Martan left threatening voicemails for McSally, telling the Republican congresswoman that her days were “numbered.”
quote:
Also last month, police in Tennessee charged 35-year-old Wendi Wright with felony reckless endangerment for allegedly trying to run Republican Congressman David Kustoff off the road after a town hall he held regarding the GOP health care bill. If Wright stays out of trouble and abides by the terms of her one-year restraining order, then all charges will be expunged from her record, reported BuzzFeed, which covered the story in sympathetic terms. “Wendi Wright can’t have any contact with Republican Rep. David Kustoff for a year after she chased after him for his vote on Obamacare last month,” read the story’s sub-headline.
quote:
The same day Wright was charged, police in North Dakota escorted a man from a town hall with Rep. Kevin Cramer after the man became physical with the Republican congressman and shoved a fistful of money into Cramer’s collar.
quote:
Also in February, a 71-year-old female staffer for California Rep. Dana Rohrbacher was knocked unconscious during an angry protest activists staged outside Rohrbacher’s office.
quote:
A popular parade in Portland, Oregon was canceled in April after threats of violence were made against a local Republican organization taking part.
An email warned parade organizers that 200 or more protesters would rush into the parade and drag the Republicans out, if that’s what it took to keep them from participating. “You have seen how much power we have downtown and that the police cannot stop us from shutting down roads so please consider your decision wisely,” the email warned.

The MSM/Left is trying to dehumanize Repulicans to justify violence against them. That's why everyone who disagrees with their agenda is a Nazi, racist, bigot, homophobe.

It's going to be really ugly when the far right nutjobs retaliate against these retards
Posted on 6/14/17 at 9:07 pm to cokebottleag
Nonsense. This was a lone wolf attack. No way the left's actions and rhetoric could have helped someone predict this as the next logical step.

The American left is going radical. They are so far off Main Street at this point.
Trump won the EC comfortably in November, but just wait until 2020 if this leftist terror continues. Trump will have one of those Reagan landslides.

Have you ever considered the idea that Trump is just that bad? And that you're experiencing a false sense of security here in the poliboard? What is the breakdown here 10:1 Trump supporters?

What has Trump done that is so bad? I haven't seen any evidence. I consider myself a reasonable person and I didn't harbor as much hate for Obama as most on this site. I'm still waiting on anything specific, that isn't directed at his mannerisms or accusations without evidence.

Ok
-The GOP holds the presidency, House and Senate: 0 meaningful bills passed
-The constant lies. Election crowd sizes, most electoral votes since Reagan, 3 million illegals voted-- He said he had evidence, but called for an investigation. Blamed democrats for his nominees/cabinet positions not being filled, terrorists attacks in Europe not being reported, crime rates rising...
-Met with Mexican president; didn't bring up paying for the wall
-Fired James Comey because of his investigation...oh yeah, and lied about the reasons.
-Bull shite campaign promises appealing to nativism: build a wall, jail HRC, label China a currency manipulator, tear up Iran deal, overturn Obamacare (none of which he followed through on)
-Throwing his own administration under the bus. He sends surrogates out to defend him, then when pressed, he folds. He's only concerned for himself.
-Russia: let's assume he nor anyone connected with him colluded with the Russians. What has he done to prevent future election interference? Sessions just testified that he had received ZERO briefings on their current efforts. Comey testified that in his 9 meetings ( I think it was 9) Trump never brought it up - he only wanted to know if he was being investigated. He doesn't give a frick about anyone (that includes you) but himself
-Damaging our alliances: He's buddied up to Saudi Arabia, but threw Germany, France and GB under the bus.
-The tweets.
-Fake news: Anything/anyone critical of him or his policies is dismissed.
That is all off the top of my head. I promise there are many, many more, but you won't read them anyway.
