This anti-diversity manifesto penned by a software engineer is going viral inside Google

In the memo, which is the personal opinion of a male Google employee and is titled “Google’s Ideological Echo Chamber,” the author argues that women are underrepresented in tech not because they face bias and discrimination in the workplace, but because of inherent psychological differences between men and women. “We need to stop assuming that gender gaps imply sexism,” he writes, going on to argue that Google’s educational programs for young women may be misguided.
The post comes as Google battles a wage discrimination investigation by the US Department of Labor, which has found that Google routinely pays women less than men in comparable roles.
Gizmodo has reached out to Google for comment on the memo and how the company is addressing employee concerns regarding its content. We will update this article if we hear back.

Isn't it pretty awesome how diversity means enjoying the positives each group brings to the table but pointing out negatives is a non-no. And then you have people or who say men and women are the same but then ask us to respect a person who feels like they really are the opposite sex... well if we are all the same why should we respect the sexism displayed by transgendered?

That's a very well written and argued manifesto. I would go so far to say that it is a good foundation for any Millennial-aged conservative or right-leaning moderate for maneuvering within large left-leaning institutions (universities, large services firms like Google, etc.).

Anyone who doesn't tow the party line that "All hominids are equal in intelligence and ability" is a heretic. Anyone who points out the obvious (that women, on average, suck at math) is a misogynist.

The comments section of that article illustrate his points perfectly.
People are so stupid about diversity though. They believe every company should have a perfect split of each race...even though the population is not perfectly split in terms of race.
Look, 60% of the US is WHITE, it just is. Therefore, EXPECT MORE WHITE PEOPLE AT EVERY COMPANY. Black people are 13%, which is the 2nd most common race, EXPECT that many.
Now, if there happens to be less whites, or more blacks, or hispanics, then lets just chalk it up to the randomness of society.
You cannot even have this discussion with liberals today. It literally cannot even be considered that "diversity initiatives" can be every bit as racist and sexist as the exact acts they're trying to avoid.
This is why I advocate for "frick YOUR GENDER/RACE, just hire the best GD person".
These people are defined by their race/gender as if that is the best part about them. Why? Why don't these people want to be their own person instead of hiding behind their liberal check marks?

Fired? This person will get promoted because they have hubris to write a well thought out manifesto.. Big companies love this shite. However once promoted, showing how inclusive Google is to dissent, they will have to "capitulate into the hive" or move on.
