Without Holder's constant prosecutorial overreach using the VRA as his weapon, states wouldn't have sued, and the case would have never reached the SCOTUS anyway.

Holders abuse of the VRA was the reason it was gutted. That and its obvious unconstitutionality...which was stressed over and over as Holder kept abusing it. He owns that frick up, unless you prefer to put it on Obama.

Yet somehow the election still happened.

Hopefully the VRA bullshite will eliminate the policy of having southern states gerrymander to maintain protected majority Democrat districts.
