And the first people to report it was the New York Times. The article was dated March 2nd, 2015.
Edit: You can't claim the media is in a cahoots with the Democratic Party and ignore when one of the liberal media outlets publishes a story that damages the campaign of a major democratic nominee for president.

The NYTimes gets faulty credit for the HRC email story. Gawker broke the story and then WikiLeaks blew it wide open.

By the time the NYTimes put that out the lowly blogger sites of the interwebs had been reporting on it and called crazy.
The NYTimes also put a story out on HRC selling Russia Uranium and using her SOS position to fatten her bank acct. i e...the Slush Foundation.
Yet all that we hear about is: MUH RUSSIANS TRUMP.
The lowly interweb blogs and Drudge aggregating them are now making the news. Because the MSM and alphabets have an agenda to protect the democratic party at all costs. Like the democratic party they lost their credibility they just don't know it.
This is all obvious to anyone with reasoning w/o their partisan glasses on. The nepotism is what very few Americans that are not political junkies don't fully realize.

Sources don't like when they leak prime info and it is disregarded. We've been seeing that play out over the past 1.5-2 years as formerly oligarchal media outlets are being "beat to the punch" by secondary leaks to outlets who are actually willing to report on the information

They're accurate enough. Not sure why they had to embellish a few of them but there is certainly a very close relationship between media and the Democratic Party. It's not deniable.
