Probably not.
Electing young Presidents is a recent trend and health care advancements keep the older ones around much longer.

Bush 1 and Carter, to a bit lesser extent, and barely hanging on. May not be that way much longer. Clinton looks like shite. Wouldn't surprise me to see all 3 of them gone in the next couple years.

If I had to guess I'd say Bush Sr. goes first and probably very soon, within the next few years. Carter is also up pretty soon, combination of his age and the cancer issue.
Clinton is strange, he's not particularly old and he obviously has access to the best health care, so he easily could live a lot longer, however he simply just doesn't look good and appears to aging rapidly, so who knows.
Obama and W. will be around for along time.

FDr, Ike, JFK and LBJ really spoiled any run. All died in office or within a few years of office.

Presidential lifespan graph
These threads always make melookup the graph
According to the graph and article, in 1822 all of the first 19 except Washington were alive, obviously not exes but still cool.
and you can scroll years on the graph and see who was alive in each year

Probably not. Life expectancy has increased greatly since the late 18th century

Meh - Ike lived 9 years in retirement - he saw 3 Presidential campaigns.
What happened was FDR's 12 years broke up any run. 2-termers will, by definition, do this to a degree as well.
During the "Founders" era, once JQ Adams was elected (6th President), all former Presidents were still alive except Washington, including JQ's father. But, a year or so in, his father and Jefferson died on the same day, July 4, 1926.
The number peaked again in the Antebellum period, but by the time Reconstruction was over, U.S. Grant was the only living person to have ever been U.S. President.
Then you have "the bad run" where 3 out of 10 presidents between Lincoln and McKinley were shot and killed (at close range). That cuts down on the number of living Presidents like you wouldn't believe.
Once McKinley was killed, from Teddy to Ike, there were only 9 Presidents for almost a 60-year period (multiple 2-termers and FDR in the run). Only partially due to age - Teddy and Ike were only 42 years apart in age.
And, like most of us, Presidents didn't really live particularly long until fairly recently. I mean, Adams, Jefferson and Madison were fairly long-lived, 80s and 90, but other than JQA (80) you didn't have a President crack 80 years until Hoover.
From Nixon forward, Presidents have a decent record of longevity, and even fairly admirable health, Reagan's Alzheimer's notwithstanding.
