The special investigator was only appointed after Trump fired the man in charge of investigating his campaign and Flynn's possible crimes. If Obama had fired Mueller or Comey while they investigated the White House then you'd have a better point.
Hell, there's nothing stopping Sessions from investigating anything related to the Obama administration.

How do you know for a fact that the Russians didn't do anything to affect the outcome of the election? I'm not asking what you believe happened or if any evidence has been produced. I'm asking how could you possibly know what a single person on the other side of the planet did / tried to do or did not do / try to do during the two years that candidates were campaigning?

Weird how Trump isn't appointing a prosecutor to investigate any of these even though it's entirely within his power. A more cynical person might speculate on the reasons for that.

Pretty weak. The guy can't order ice cream or eat a steak without being barbecued by the media. What do you think would happen if he went scorched earth on the Clintons and Obamas?
I'm sure he thought he was being somewhat gracious in victory, and that grace would be reciprocated. Boy, was he wrong.
