Two years ago I attended the International Students for Liberty Conference and there was an intellectual diversity there. From the insane Left Libertarians to Conservative Libertarians. You could sense the growing divide that would eventually shatter the cohesion (after Tucker penned his infamous piece on libertarian brutalism)

Two years later, and after the uncucking of the political right, ISFLC convenes again, but this time, they've apparently decided that the was to prominence is to act more like the Left

"We need more Milton Friedman, less Milo Yiannopoulos." -SFL CEO Wolf von Laer

It's disgusting, and the irony is that when I went two years ago, Milton's son David was giving a speech on the ethics of indentured servitude, I'm sure he'd be called a racist for giving that speech today.

The term cuck and its derivates need a purge just as bad as the intelligence community.

What threshold have we crossed where THIS is a bad statement?

I feel like I was too much more of a lefty libertarian a year or so ago. I didn't really care about Trump at all. But I was eventually convinced that I was off regarding the immigration issue and I think I'm going in the more correct direction now. Maybe.

I figured this would happen.

All the Hoppeans got out quick.

Now they can discuss how bringing in the 3rd world will bring us closer to liberty without pushback.

When it's prefaced with this:

Do you remember how warm, kind, and persuasive Milton Friedman was?

Do you remember how Milton Friedman was actually intelligent and brought forth worthwhile discourse that was worth thinking about? That's the real point. But intelligence is weak and "cuck."

No it wasn't, the point was expressly about packaging

Then I submit we need a healthy dose of both. Right now the libertarian party is some shitshow of "wut is leppo dude lol" and "IT WAS THE JEWS ALSO ****S LOL"

If we could put Friedmann's message with Milo's ability to garner attention, then cool.

SFL has always been the intellectual branch of libertarianism and has skewed more anarchistic than the libertarian party since its inception. Most of these people could give less than a shite about the LP

Maybe Libertarians see that a lot of Trumpkins love them some big government?

Hint: all that protectionist shite? Yeah libertarians aren't down with that.

Why can't you have Milo and Milton Friedman?

None of the people I see in the libertarian movement today would push back against against the mainstream narrative the way Friedman did. They would rather talk about weed legalization, gay marriage and free trade.

Also socialism/communism was the biggest threat in the past where as now it is cultural marxism/relativism. Milo does not compare with Friedman's intellect and ideas, but he is effectively attacking the worst current threat to the west.

God bless that f****t.

Had nothing to do with what was said. Milo isn't even a protectionist
