It's not harmless. It's no different than me taking your name and likeness without your consent and profiting off it. They can't say the name is just a coincidence either, since they use his image in the ads.

It's more about pointing out the absolute lack of morality on the Left, as if it weren't apparent already. The same people who are ok with this were extremely defensive of the Obama kids.
