To all of my more progressive friends on this board, you may want to keep an eye on the economy over the next couple of years. Because that's what is going to determine whether or not Trump gets a second term. Over the last year, the stock market has been on the rise, the economy has shown healthy growth, and consumer confidence is growing by leaps and bounds. People are starting to go back to work and unemployment claims are dropping. At the end of the day, James Carville was correct in his statement, "It's the economy, stupid!"

Yep...get the SPX up to 3000ish and the Dow to 30000ish (+/- 5% on both) and Trump wins 2020 bigly. Throw in at least a decent tax bill and Trumpster is with us for 8 years.

The old President was worried about Travon Martin, the new president is worried about companies like Lockheed Martin.

Commie.

Most working Americans are somehow invested in the stock market. Their 401ks, teacher retirement funds, pensions, etc.

So you think only the top 1% has money in 401(k) plans?

Even public sector retirement plans have significant investments in the stock market.

Are you actually that dumb?

And unlike Obama, TRUMP is doing it without having to pump in all that QE money.

Obama is responsible for a lot of this. His policies have paved the way for this.

Trump has done a remarkable job of not fricking up the Obama recovery. All he has to do is sit in the chair and not frick anything up.

Now you're just trying to save face by making indecipherable statements.

Your first post implied only the 1% has money in the stock market.

Now you're saying the 1% doesn't have money in the stock market via public sector retirement plans.

Make up your mind....

Why? According to Old Hellen Yeller it's Obama's bubble.
