They still don't tackle the question that will define whether the current economic structure will endure both in the US and Europe: unfunded entitlements.

Unless the West forces their political parties to start winning elections by doing things other than promising their constituents handouts that aren't funded by taxes we are doomed to collapse. Period.

America has already been hollowed out by the parasites. It is now running on muscle memory, but soon even the strongest muscles will become atrophied.

The parasites have won. They will only leave when the corpse gets cold.

On that you are wrong. The parasites will remain in America. The non atrophied muscles will go elsewhere.
It is what happens. The productive will find a place where they are appreciated. And so a new super power forms.
