Fry those fish.
Put something together for Obamacare repeal that actually fulfills the campaign promises of both Trump and all the Rs installed since 2010, then pass that.
This should have been the process from the beginning.

its hard bc a lot of the cuts in taxes would have been funded/off set by cuts (savings) from the new health care act.
