If you tap anybody it's the Russian Ambassador, not your political opponent. If Trump lost we wouldn't even know about the Justice Dept funneling billions to BLM and other activist groups, the Feds Hacking election machines in Indiana & Alabama or Obama spying on Trump.

Logical thinking would say someone should go to prison... But after the NSA exposure and the secret courts we found out about years ago, I have a feeling it would all be deemed "legal" in some alternate universe.

While I totally disagree with taping a political opponent's offices, in order to do so, Obama had to get a court order. So..... a judge ordered it. I'm sure it was legal under some provision of the Patriot Act. Meaning, once again, the Feds have too much power and it needs to be curtailed especially as it relates to the executive branch.
