Anyone see this video? Brett Baier interviewed Ryan and asked him specifically what he knew about Obama tapping Trump. Now, I want someone here to tell me if you understand the answer he gave.

I think he was indicating that he knew, but did not to be on record as saying it was true.

He's trying to find a way to explain that this is bad for Trump without enraging the idiots and trolls that make up the most vocal portion of the Republican base.

Yes, but the fact Obama wiretapped him would have been known for months by the IC and the Congressional "Gang of Eight." And that means they would have known about any crimes committed by Trump for a while now.

He clearly admits that he knew Obama was wiretapping Trump, and that after the election a report was issued that said nothing came from the wire taps "involving an American citizen" (direct quote)
