So what does Jill stein get from a recount?

It changes nothinggn that benefits her in anyway. Why would anyone even care if she wants a recount when the only benefit possible would be for democrats a party which she doesn't belong to.

Just seems ridiculous to ask people who support you for $2m when you are part of the reason democrats lost bc you took away potential votes for them. Now that trump won it's like she regrets running and taking away Hillary votes and she's trying to make up for it

I fully agree god knows how many illegal votes dems got but it seems silly to even acknowledge Jill stein considering a recount would not benefit her in any way

As hard as she railed on Hillary during the campaign, there's no way she's doing it for hilldawg. She was savage AF on occasion. This is all about trying to stay relevant, Party recognition (because her party supporters would be pulled from democrats), and raising money for the cause. That's it. There's your answer.

Bernie sold out. Got paid. Probably talked himself into believing that he could still get traction on some of his policies if he jumped on the Hillary train. He was wrong. There is literally no benefit to stein by requesting the recount from Hillary.
