Sure in they have. But I'll 16 agencies agree that it's never been a close to this extent. Now Trump would have one anyway, most probably. Of course Russia meddled in the election just as they have meddled in our elections for the last 50 years. No one dispute this.
The point is: There was no collusion between the Trump campaign and the Russians. There has been zero proof and the Democrat House leaders in the Gang of 8 have all acknowledged this fact.
