Simplified food for thought re. Trump Tower wiretapping

Fact: Flynn's call with Russia was tapped
Fact: Flynn was in Trump Tower for the call with Russia
Transitive property = Trump Tower was wiretapped.
The only questions now are who wiretapped it (trail to the top official involved), through what agency or lawful/unlawful means, and if it can be traced back to Obama and/or his administration (who else would have motive?)

Transitive property completely not proven. It could be the Russian's phone that was the one tapped.

There is added confusion due to lack of understanding to technology involved. The word "wiretap" invokes the idea of wires connecting telephones in a building as a singular entity. Any modern office building today will use VOIP phone system which will function as part of the business computer network, and be managed from a application residing on a network server. It is already know the servers in the Trump tower were being monitored, that action also gave access to the phone system. Whether this constitutes a "wiretap" is just semantics .
