Should SEC West teams be banned from the playoff due to championship inequality?

Thanks to Florida State the championship gap has closed slightly. But relying on market forces to equal the college football championship landscape is not enough.
We know that in college football the SEC and currently the SEC west, the teams are the most talent rich in college football. In fact some people refer to the SEC west as the worst division in the NFL they are so talented rich. It's going to be a travesty if two SEC teams make it into the inaugural college football playoff.
So how should be solve this problem?
Issue championship trophies to all teams?
Have all recruits go through the Obama College Football Recruiting Department for equal distribution of talent?
College football championship inequality is 'defining challenge of our time'. Let's do something about it.
