Yeah…I really want to know Decatur's opinion on the 10th Amendment and how all three branches have been taking a dump on that amendment since the end of the Civil War.
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
That is the wording right there. Since 1865 or so our government has completely forgotten about this amendment and have used the commerce clause to strengthen the power of the federal government at the expense of the individual states.
The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. There is nothing in the Constitution that allows the Obama administration and its Democratic cronies to regulate the way they are trying to regulate.
