With regard to the topic raised by Franken, Sessions's statement was truthful.
If one distorts the facts and twists the truth, one can manufacture a reason to call him a liar. No honest broker of the truth would perpetrate such a lie, but, we are dealing with the Democrat Party and their MSM Ministry of Propaganda.
So, there is absolutely no way that any reasonable prosecutor or jurist would find any perjury on Sessions's part.
