Had it stayed in place the courts would have been strained to interpret the logical fallacies it created such as title ix. Further it placed the rights trannies above other (e.g. The trannie had a right to whichever bathroom made them most comfortable but others couldn't be accommodated.)

Good, I never understood how a person could say that the right of one person to feel comfortable in the bathroom they don't belong in outweighed the rights of others who use that bathroom and don't want someone who doesn't belong in there with them.
