Because they realize that Donald Trump actually only cares about himself. I wonder if Trump has ever had a true friend in life. All relationships are disposable to him. He expects absolute loyalty yet his loyalty is entirely self serving. He is actually not even a Republican or Democrat. He is a narcissistic master manipulator. Anyways ....lots of congress realizes this regardless of party.

Y'all are mistaken a math trick for a mandate.....Trump will never have a mandate as long as his approval ratings are around 37%......
