Rumor has it that Assange was never able to deliver THE final blow

I copied the daily accounts of wiki and assange from another website in my next post.
After reading them, here are my key observations:
No live proof of Assange since 10/3
It seems as though he was never able to leak the most damning of the damning emails, which makes since in that Some weren't as shocked by the emails as they expected to be
London power outage
Swat type team presence at embassy then John Kerry flight to Antarctica ??
What's up with Pamela Anderson visiting again? Just bizarre??!!
Saudi cyber attacks entire night of election
I read a couple weeks ago that Hillary knew from the polls (the REAL polls that weren't being reported to the deplorables) that she was going to lose. So she allegedly asked George HW Bush to rig 5 states for her. The report said that the rigging was underway on election night then it was countered by a university??? I'm wondering if the Saudis were rigging in her favor?? Then the university cybervattacked them to unrig it?? And now the recount is trying to be rigged in hill's favor.
Why is everyone saying don't worry about recount. Haven't we learned anything??? We aren't to trust these assasin pedo satanists! We can't put ANYTHING past them. EYES WIDE OPEN, PEOPLE. EYES WIDE OPEN!

I've always wondered how that works.
Did she have to phrase it euphemistically, like "I need maximum turnout in these 5 states and if you could facilitate that, I would be most appreciative" or do you think she was bottom line direct about it, as in "I need you to rig these 5 states in my favor and if you do, I'll hook you up once I become President"?
